Our commitment
We sell fixed-scope, one-time consulting engagements. Our goal is to make sure each project finishes with deliverables you can actually use. If something is not landing, we want to hear about it as early as possible so we can correct course.
Before work begins
If you change your mind before we have started discovery or any billable work, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit you paid. Just let us know in writing within 7 days of payment.
After work begins
Once an engagement is underway, refunds are prorated based on the work already completed and any third-party costs (media, software, contractors) already committed on your behalf. We will share a short summary of completed work and remaining balance when you request a cancellation.
Delivered engagements
Engagements that have been fully delivered and accepted are non-refundable. Where a deliverable misses the agreed scope, we will revise it at no additional charge until it meets the brief.
How to request a refund
Email sanjodhmalhis@gmail.com with your invoice number and a short note about what is not working. We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved faster directly, and chargebacks may delay or block a refund we would otherwise process.
